I AM SO SORRY

If you're reading this, I should assume that you've been reading Difference, or else you're my stalker. I would love to thank you for your patience if you've been reading since the start, and I firstly would want to say I AM REALLY FREAKING SORRY since I haven't been updating this fanfic for so so so so so long. I will try to keep it short.

Firstly, things happened along the way, and I have thought of a couple of ways to continue the stories, but I could not continue due to university, and life, of course. I wasn't able to write for a while, but I constantly have written silly stuffs that could be found online, haha. This isn't the only fanfic I'm writing, by the way, hence the slowness. I can't say per se how I missed writing Difference. I've read it a couple of times for inspiration, but I kept cringing at how badly I've written it, but this fanfic is by far few of the best I've written.

Secondly, if there are new readers, I welcome you to reading the fanfic, and hopefully you'll be patient with the slow progress too. Oh, of course, enjoy it also. I've had fun writing it, even after a while it got so cringe-worthy. Hopefully you'd stick through this journey too.

Thirdly, I'm very happy with the kind reviews I've received down at the comment section (shout out to fxwhuut, springheart, and lovekrystaljung; I hope you're still reading!). Also, to incognito-readers, thanks so much! I'm obviously not the best here, but I'm definitely improving (I think........???). As usual, I encourage everyone to be analytic; thus, comments and criticisms are welcome. Oh, subscribe and vote too.... maybe??????

In case if you want to have a chat with me, you can add me as friend at AFF, find me around AO3 and Fanfic.net (read my other stories too, if you're interested), I'm on Twitter @yeolyeah_. I have a couple of Tumblrs: yeolyeah, fluro--okay, dear-krystaljung. If you prefer to be anonymous, my ask.fm is QilaHyukjae. Just hit me up anytime! (I'm not always at the best mood, but enlighten me!)

Alright, this isn't as short as I thought it would be. Again, I hope you enjoy reading Difference, as much as I enjoy writing and exploring the made-up characteristics of the characters. I'll improve myself.

Thanks, and till then!

I'm seriously alive.... like, seriously.

It has been so long that I've decided to actually post something, but I reckon it won't be that long either.

Hello, I'm very much alive, thanks so much for asking (if you did, that is.).

I've survived these few months well enough before I went on a killing spree or actually became suicidal (which happens every other time too, in my defense.... which isn't much of a defense...) and a lot of political correctness went on. Stuffs like "This is the right way to do it, and that's not the way you're supposed to deal with it" happened. Fuck it.

On a different note: I've lost some friends... they're not dead; in fact, very much alive. I don't know. In some sense, I've been happier and I have less people to care about their whereabouts. Suppose that losing friends is what I'm actually good at, therefore I thought of having this particular set of skill to be in my resume soon. Aaaaaaaand, I'm happier, just so you know.

Speaking of moods, I'm not exactly happy either. Earlier, it was more like... I have no burden to care about other people, and I don't have to bother about anything else anymore. But since that happened, I feel pretty much socially incompetent. Fo' rizzles. The more I try to focus on my life, my goals -- long- and short-terms ones -- I feel frustrated and infuriated. I've somewhat trying to make an effort in paving my way toward the future in which -- please God bless this goal of mine -- I hopefully would not have to live in this country ever again.

Again, fo' rizzles.

It's quite stressful enough for me to feel stupid and dumbfounded at the same time, but it's very stressful in another sense; and that sense requires agreements signed in blood.

Well, not literally.

I mean, I'm twenty (and hopefully with a long and prosperous life ahead), a young woman, with wit and a brain that still works (surprisingly), knows and realizes what's right and wrong for her (as we're speaking, there's a lot more to learn, but hey, at least I've got the easy ones checked)...... but when your parents come in your way and be like, "Oh, this is the path you should be taking; no not that, this one!" and shit happens, fails, blah blah blah...

And I very much wish to avoid that at all cost.

Feels like the older you get, you don't get to feel or even grasp the slightest of this thing called "freedom"; but just like how you were when you're five, it's all dictated. Martin Luther King would be really pressed if he was alive and got to know about it...

On a lighter note (pun isn't intended; you'll see why), I haven't bee smoking for more than a month now. Hurrah!

I wanted to type more, but I have tonnes to do which includes binge-watching shows, and read books... also study for my finals which I'm starting not to give a damn about... but I have to... for future's sake.

I guess that's it for now. Till then!

UGH

So I have an assignment, and I am contemplating on deleting a damn good paragraph (which includes a good pun, so you see why).

Hello, anyway.

I have to upload or post it somewhere (hence, this blog), and mind you, it is not edited, so there will be stupid grammatical errors, and elementary school-like sentences. BUT OH WELL, that ain't happening if it ain't by me, yeah?

Colin Firth when he was a teenager was a social outcast, just like most teens, including myself. Mr. Firth had gone places when he was a child – growing up in Nigeria and the United States for a few years – and the way he was being brought up influenced his attitude then, and later as a rebellious teenager. Academia was not his liking, and he has always envisioned how he would become an actor. But Mr. Firth once said in an interview how a teacher got him moved my literature. To be honest, I am somewhat similar to Mr. Firth (definitely not the BAFTA-winning department; or remembered as Fitzwilliam Darcy, drenched in the pond from the 1995’s Pride and Prejudice), but I am not a person who enjoys burning the midnight oil, facing the textbook all the time. I enjoy literature, and learn a lot by doing my own researches and observations. Mr. Firth also have a sense of class; the way he speaks, the way he walks, the way he smiles, the way he portrays his character.

So, you see what I did there? And let me backfire my pun.

Fitzwilliam Darcy was drenched after swimming in a fucking lake, not a fucking pond.

Yes, I am ashamed to confess this, but I am a twenty-year-old who does not know the difference between these vast, water-filled ponds.

Pond, lake, sea, ocean, yadda yadda yadda... whatever. Same difference.

Oh well, till then.

"The Comeback"

It had been eight months (and yep, I counted), and believe me, I have four drafts of me trying to be happy and be angry. Welcome back. Haha. In conjunction of March 8th, I've decided to just type down whatever I've been feeling. And no, today isn't my birthday.

Within the lengthy period, things happened. Public universities hated me, and I've enrolled to a private one with 30K+ debt waiting for me by 2017 when I graduate then. School had been brutal. First semesters are always the brute-realest ones, but hey, so are the rest of the semesters.

I've found great friends that have diverted the "lonely and talkative" Qila to another dimension. I've spent time watching good shows lately, and also stacking it all into my watch-list until it's unbearable to go through it.

I have not "like" anyone since whatever happened then, and I've set priorities straight. I have life, and I should be living it, rather than ruining it by liking people who only have the mindset of making people's life miserable.

Oh well, shit happens, don't they?

Another two days of finals, and I have about a few weeks to spend to recharge -- more like to procrastinate like a sloth, while living in a dark room, and start marathon-ing those piles of shows, writings, and reading those books I have.

I'm already unofficially 20, and will be one in -- *cue to count with fingers* -- seven months! Yay, I shall welcome myself to the 20s Club with few sticks of Malboro and McDonald's cheese burgers. Yes, burgers. I love McD's, so what?!

TL;DR: All have been great, thank you. *insert cheesy smile emoticon*

Till then, I guess? :D

Bonjour!

Okay, I did learn French (which I can't stress enough how cool it is) and played guitar when I was around in KL. Too bad: when I wasn't around, I had no access to both, therefore I went to Google Translate and it hit me that 'bonjour' is 'hello' in French. Not to mention, the tips of my fingers healed tremendously and as soon as I got home, I grabbed the guitar and the same good ol' pain from my fingers comes back. It's not cool. *inserts a pout-y face emoticon right here*

So I've been around town... Technically, it's Alor Setar and it's an old boring place where people there doesn't usually have fun and quite simple minded (which is good and bad at the same time, I might add). I went out and shopped a couple of times, and everything's cool and fine. I've found a great hobby back when I was boredom-fried at home. It was literally watching DVDs of cool good ol' TV shows. I bought Moonlight (Alex O'Loughlin, yep, total hunk) last year during the semester break. Got back here, I bought Gossip Girl Season 1, Pushing Daisies, Psych Season 1 & 2 (I'm obsessed with this show again - knew about it circa five years ago; hope it explains why 'again' was used). Bought Chuck Season 1 the latest - less than a week ago and I'm trying to catch it while juggling with downloading and watching Psych Season 4 and less than two episodes, I'll be watching Season 5. Oh, not to forget the now-showing-on-TV on the latest season of Teen Wolf. I just need to find some perfect time to watch Friends right now, but I can't seem to find any, so of now. There, just told ya my priorities.

I can never stop bragging my love for Psych. I was totally obsessed with it and I cut back my hours in front of the TV when I was 15, so it explains why I was only at my study to read... novels, not textbooks. Anyway, I couldn't express how ecstatic I was when I saw Psych DVDs at that shop where we're regulars. It was cray cray, and soon, I was already reading its fan-fictions. There was this one particular series of Psych-centric fan-fictions that I went head-over-heels for. It's called the Moonlighting series - which is also a crossover with Moonlight, but as I said, very Psych-centric - and it was extremely addictive! I finished the whole  series in less than a week, jeopardizing my secret phone - *wink wink* -  but it was too good to pass. A very interesting story with a lot of twists. I enjoyed it.

I'm currently juggling with my old stalling fan-fictions and I don't know where to start. As of now, I have a Teen Wolf fan-fiction (Stiles-centric), Moonlight (a very Mick-and-Beth with Josef), 100 Theme Challenge (on both Psych and Infinite; dear God, help me!!!), Myungsoo-Kris fan-fiction, Difference (Krystal-Jongsuk), something with EXO and Infinite, an improvised Infinite fan-fiction, a very Myungsoo-centric fan-fiction, Woohyun and Sunggyu, a longer fan-fiction of my drabble on Myungsoo the Ghost, a Sunggyu-centric, a Kyungsoo and Jongin, a crack on Kris (while Wu Yifan was still known as Kris), Metro (Minseok-Luhan).

I can tell you that 9 out of 15 are titled while there rest isn't. I can go loco with these although I haven't even enjoyed K-pop these days.

Okay, that's my rant. I still have one and a half episode to go till I'm watching Psych Season 5.

Till then!

Hmm....

I will rant and rant and rant....

Anyway, it's already June and I went to an interview. Finally. It was thrilling. I met few old friends and we made so much noise that heads turned towards us! It wasn't a new thing to me (I get that kind of reaction most of the time...) but the tinsy fact that it was quite funny tickled me.

I haven't fangirled a lot which - I know - sucks. There weren't much that captured my attention (EXO made a comeback, Infinite made their comeback... Soon, f(x) and hopefully Super Junior...). Although there were great songs released, but I just shrugged because I have no mood.

I haven't been normal for daaaaaaaaaaaays now. I've been craving sushi and aglio olio in the past few weeks and I crave for it! Unfortunately, I have to wait till I get back in Alor Setar where we can eat out. But we eat out everyday so I don't think it would be a problem. Unless they all changed in the course of six month and decided to cook. I don't know. Let's hope not.

Well, I've been dreaming weird things too. Weird that I don't want (or ever want to) describe the dreams, but apart from the food dreams, these were a million times weirder than that EunHae dream, chased by ghosts, chased by people who wants to kill me, that Kyuhyun-by-the-lake-with-a-woman dream... nothing compared to these dreams I had. There was a day that I dreamed (I'll drop a clue: it happened just within last week or this week) and when I woke up, damn, my brain screamed "I'M A PSYCHIC" the whole day. Seriously. I was astounded.

My bros are coming back tomorrow which made me ecstatic. The idea of slapping them, kicking and punching, all of it is making me extremely excited. Since that shitty thing happened, I tend to miss my brothers. It was really, really depressing but that one bro really made me feel better. We don't have a karaoke machine here in KL so I called him and sang for two hours. He gave me points (just like the karaoke machine!) but is harder to impress. I was told that I kinda sound like Jessica of SNSD, then Amber of f(x), later Sungyeol and Dasom (Infinite and Sistar respectively; in which both aren't lead singers because they lack vocal-wise), later a better version of Zee Avi... and Minzy at certain parts of a song. The highest score bro-raoke machine gave me was 80, but lowest was 2. Gosh, I'm excited!

Let's skip Wu Yifan. I don't want to cry.

I guess that's it? Oh wait, I've been watching Buzzfeed, Connor Franta (his God-forsaken gorgeous eyes....), vsauce... just to kill my boredom. Also, I'm studying French, which is a very confusing language. I'm still in Basic 2. I could read a bit, I guess. Yeay?

Till then!

P/S: Were those rants? I guess so...
